KY-503 LED PCB Cutting Machine

1. The automatic slitting machine adopts the latest cutting-type lightweight design, which can definitely complete the micro-shear stress cutting stroke, and is suitable for slitting PCB circuit boards with V-shaped grooves.
2. The product moves along the guide piece, the lower circular knife rotates actively and the upper circular knife passively, ensuring quality. Shear stress is reduced to a minimum and is suitable for cutting long strip substrates.
3. The cutter is made of high-speed steel with precision grinding and can be ground repeatedly.

Cutting principle
Align the V-shaped groove of the V-CUT connecting plate to be cut with the cut guide piece, and move it into the rotating circular knife. The circular blade rotates to separate the V-CUT connecting plate.
