Description
KY-800A is a high performance, high precision, small footprint and high efficiency depaneling equipment with integrated dust collection system for a clean working environment. The equipment has full visual display function, automatic image recognition mark point alignment, moving track position display tracking, automatic tool change, broken tool detection, slipping tool detection and automatic tool height correction function, and also can cut V-CUT slot with low cutting stress and flat and smooth cutting surface, no chipping and burr. It is suitable for a variety of sub-board processes in the market. One machine is multi-purpose, which effectively improves the production quality and production efficiency.
Mainly used in consumer electronics, home electronics, automotive electronics and other related multi-link PCB depaneling operations.
