It replaces manual breaking defects, improves product quality, and reduces scrap rate.
2. This machine adopts the human-machine interface Windows operating system, concise and user-friendly interface design, automatic cutting path correction system, high-pixel CCD program production, block program and single-step program editing and modification.
3. The dual-spindle, two-platform PCB loading and unloading device can effectively reduce the idle time of the machine, thereby achieving ideal production efficiency, which is about 30% higher than the efficiency of general board separation equipment.
4. Equipped with a high-pixel CCD magnifying lens, auxiliary program teaching and editing functions, it has higher and more precise accuracy and clearer images.
